TCO is program managed by the State Library of Tasmania and provides public access to computers and the Internet through a network of 64 Online Access Centres across the state. Many Online Access Centres also provide support to small and home-based businesses in rural communities. Through sub-domains, www.alltasmania.com and www.tascom.net allow small and home-based businesses and community organisations in rural communities to establish a presence on the Internet at minimal cost.
